The COMPANY and its partners take all the necessary measures for the timely transfer of the order to the buyer. The responsibility of the COMPANY is limited to the timely delivery of the products to the carrier. The COMPANY is not responsible for any delays because of force majeure, unforeseeable circumstances and, in general, circumstances that are beyond its control.
If the buyer/recipient is absent at the time of order delivery, then the distributor will leave an information note with instructions on how to receive it. In this case, it is pointed out that the risk of loss or damage of the goods is transferred to the buyer/recipient. After three failed delivery attempts, the order will remain at the distributor premises at the responsibility and expense of the buyer. In case of absence of contact with the online store’s Customer Service for receiving the product within 3 days from the last failed delivery attempt, the order will be cancelled automatically.
The Customer Service takes the initiative to contact the user/customer
- in case of ordering a product that appears in the online store but is no longer available or has been removed, revoked or replaced, in order to propose alternative options.
- if the desired product is not available because of force majeure lasting more than 30 days, in order to suggest a similar or substitute product. In case of customer’s refusal, the COMPANY will refund the full paid amount within 30 days, without interest.

Your order is prepared and shipped within a maximum of 7 working days after the order is received and 10 days for the island country.
Delivery is made throughout the country either by employees of the COMPANY or through the transport services cooperating with the COMPANY.
Shipping Costs (ELTA Courier)
Shipping costs for orders up to two (2) kilos is €3.
Shipping costs for orders from two (2) kilos to four (4) kilos is €4.5.
For each additional kilo, there is a charge of €0.90 per kilo.
The cost of cash on delivery is € 2.50.
