In case of incorrect product shipment, for which the COMPANY is responsible, the customer/buyer has the right to change it.
Returns are accepted only in case of a proven defective product, as long as the conditions of Article 13 for defective products are met. The return procedure must be carried out after contacting our online store’s Customer Service.
Changes or/and cancellations of orders can be made exclusively and only if the ordering process has not been completed.
